Negative Effect of Facebook

          There are many types of social networking such as twitter, myspace, skype, facebook and others. Facebook has quickly become one of the most popular social networking websites on the internet. The facebook user especially teenagers do not realize the negative effect of facebook.

          The negative effect of facebook is the user does not care about their surroundings. It is just like the user already addicted to facebook. There is a big possibility that they would not care about their surroundings. They only care about their own world in the internet.

          Second negative effect of facebook is less social interaction. The user  have a lot of friends in facebook, so they only interact in the facebook only, not in the real life. It will reduce their social skill and communication skills.

          The other negative effect of facebook is bad for health. The user will get eyes problems, hands problems and sometimes can get obesity. The users will reduce their physical activity, only sitting in front of the monitor that can cause eyes problems.

          The last negative effect that user can get is their privacy will blow up. The users like to put their personal data in detail. So people in the whole world will know about the users.

          As conclusion, by using facebook, people nowadays are exposing to the negative effect such as do not care about their surroundings, less social interaction, health problem and privacy blow up. so we have to manage our time properly so we can made a new revolution.

Raising Children

Raising children without parenting skills can create a lot of problem. It can make a children misunderstand that their parents did not love them.

First skill that all parents need during raising children is discipline. Discipline is important. But a parents need to know what type of discipline is suitable to children depends on their age. A discipline for 2 years-old might not effective for 10 years-old or the teenagers.

Second skill is education. The parents responsibility to teach a children about morals and value. Parents cannot expect schools and teachers only to teach children. But parents should also play a role.

Third skill is gave them a lot of love. But some parents misunderstand that love by giving them a lot of money and always meet the wishes of their children regardless of whether or not the desire for them. Some of them also allows their children continue to do bad things and say that as a sign of their affection to their children. The parents need to tell their children about the good and bad things that the children can do or not.

As conclusion, parents need to raise children with the correct skills. Parents have had to learn creative ways to raise their children.

movie review 2

          The movie that I already watched is The Chronicles of Narnia: The Voyage of the Dawn Treader. This movie is the third installment in The Chronicles of Narnia Series after The Chronicles of Narnia: The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe and The Chronicles of Narnia: Prince Caspian.

          I think this movie is the best fantasy and adventure film after Harry Potter: The Deathly Hallows Part 1 movie. The main reason for me to say so because I really like adventure and fantasy movie.

          The second reason why I like this movie because I likes the actor and actress. The actor, Prince Caspian is so handsome guy. This character played by Ben Barnes. He is the King of Lone Island. The actress that I like the most is Lucy and his eldest sister, Susan. But in this movie, Susan not appeared a lot instead Lucy, his younger sister.

          The other reason is the chronology or plot of the story is interesting. The first scene is at Lucy and Edmund’s cousin house. This part is at real life. But after that the fantasy life is beginning. The story was become interesting until the end.

          Fantasy and adventure movie make me enjoy when I watched it. Certain people didn’t like to watch fantasy movie or film because for them, this kind of film is nonsense. But for me, this type of movie can release my tension for a while.

Benefit of Reading English Newspaper

          Now a day, government was suggested us to reading especially English reading materials. Many people thought that reading material is only with reading a book. But as we know, not only books that can be used as reading material, but also magazines, newspapers can also be defined as reading material. The simplest reading material that we can get is newspaper. We can get at anywhere and anytime when we need it.

          Many benefit that we can get when we reading an English newspaper. The first benefit is we can enrich our vocabulary in English. Vocabulary is important to make a sentence become perfect. Without vocabulary, it becomes difficult to us to make a perfect sentence.

          The other benefit when we are reading newspaper is to enhance reading skill. The newspapers’ auditor always used a simple language but interesting. Sometimes the language that they used is too difficult to understand, so we need to ask someone like our teachers, parents or even our friends if they know and understand the words or sentence. So we can improve our language with used an interesting word that the auditors used.

          The last but not least, the benefit that we can get is we can improve our general knowledge about health, sport, entertainment, politic and others. The news in the newspapers is up to date. So we can get the latest news when we read the newspapers. As I know, english newspapers is more reliable than malay newspapers. So we can get the true news from there.

          In conclusion, many benefit that we will get when we were reading English newspaper. First benefit is we can enrich our vocabulary in English. Second benefit is to enhance reading skill. The last benefit is we can improve our general knowledge. We need to improve our reading so we can get more benefit when we reading.

superstition in Asia

            Superstition is an irrational belief arising from ignorance or fear. Superstitions are designed to prevent misfortune, attract good luck and happiness. Superstition is totally unscientific. However, there is a lot superstitious culture on over the world. Asia has a lot of superstition.

            The country that practice superstition is Vietnam. They believe that every Vietnamese family is superstitious. Vietnamese are very concern about two traditional family obligations, which is to take care for their parents in their old age and worship them after death. So that in each Vietnamese family has altar on which there are the picture of their parents. Family member worship their ancestor, because they think parents after death will go to live in another world and this altar is the place where the ancestors’ soul live in. so every day, Vietnamese not only lay the table for meal but they also lay the food on the altar. They believe that those ancestors will have a meal with them.

            Another country that belief superstation is Korea. The famous superstition is in Korea is Fan Death. Korean believe that if they fall asleep in room where there is a fan running and the windows are closed, they will be killed by the fan. The other superstition that they believe is when they writing a person’s name in red ink also are a sign of death. Some Korean people said this is because red color is the color of blood, so it will become a bad luck.Korean belief that white color is the color of funeral. If they wear white ribbons in their hair, they are inviting death to come knocking.

          

           In Thailand, most people consult the monk to select a baby’s name. They belief the name that selected by monk will bring the child good fortune, health and happiness. When choosing the name, the monk will ask the child’s day and time of birth. He will then consult a book or star chart to find out which letter will bring good luck if used in the name and which will bring bad fortune. Many people strongly believe that their name is connected to their fortune, and is not unusual for someone who has experienced particularly bad luck to change their name.

            In conclusion, some of country and people still believe about superstition. It depends on some people to believe that superstition because it was a part of their lives.

Teaching is an adventurous career

            Many people thought that being a teacher is a simple job compared with other work. This is because they thought when all of a student in a holiday, all of a teacher also holiday.

            Actually, teaching is an adventurous career. The first factor is they have to adapt with new situations. teachers should be prepared every day, especially the provision of teaching materials. The teaching material is important for all teachers because they need to make a report about what they are teaching in the class.

            The second factor why teaching is an adventurous career because teachers need to face many types of student. Students have a wide range of behavior that is sometimes difficult for teachers to control. So, a teacher need to understands students’ behaviour by teaching them a little bit about the ethics in the face of teachers.

            The third factor why teaching is an adventurous career because teaching has a lot of challenges. those who wish to become teachers need to enter the institution that we call as ‘maktab’. All of teacher need to training at there before they become a teacher. After that, they will be send to school to become a practical teacher for 6 month.

            As the conclusion, to become a teacher is an adventurous career. Those who want to become a teacher need to prepare their self mentally and physically.

advantages and disadvantages of blogging

       Some people consider blogging as a waste time and some people are serious about blogging and consider it as a hobby. But it is depends on the own person who have the blog. There have a few advantages and disadvantages when we are blogging.

       When person consider blogging as their hobby, they can improve their words. When they write something on their post, it is much more comfortable because we can think without pressure for the right word to say.

       Other advantages are the blogging can make person busy. Many people especially those who are leading a retired life or have no other major hobby, find blogging are not only as a serious pastime but to keep them busy as well.

       The disadvantages of  blogging is people can become lazy. This is one of the most disadvantages of blogging. People can spent a piece of their quality time in front of  their system screen, but they would not hear when someone call to do some or any work.

       Other disadvantage is health problem. People can easily to get disease like cardiac problem or we called it as spinal pain especially the  youngest who make a major chunk of individuals who love to blog.

        Based on what we were discuss just now, there are a few advantages and disadvantages of  blogging. People would think carefully before use blog.
